Disabling the ability to click on My Computer

If u want any unknown user to restrict the access of hard drives then
1) Click Start
2) Click Run
3) Type regedit
4) Go to HKey_Classes_Root \ CLSID
5) Search the 20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D registry value
6) Delete the entire value
7) Close the Registry Editor
8) Restart the Computer
